Baby Massage Courses
​
Group course
This is a course that lasts 4 or 5 weeks. It is a great introduction to massage. The strokes are built up over the weeks to create a comprehensive routine that is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. The course can be repeated as many times as you like.
​
One to one course
These sessions are done in your own home and can be made more bespoke to you.
You can have a course of 3 weeks or if you have completed the massage course before, you can book a refresher session.

Private group classes
If you are a group of parents who would like a baby massage course Bendy Beans can come to a venue organised by you.
​
A bottle of massage oil and strokes guide is provided at the beginning of the course.

Baby Yoga Courses

Group course
This is a course that lasts 6 weeks. You will meet other parents and their babies, building your knowledge and learning the moves together. These courses can be enjoyed until your baby is walking.

Private group classes
If you are a group of parents who would like a baby yoga course Bendy Beans can come to a venue organised by you.

Toddler and Preschool Yoga Courses

Group course
This is a course that lasts 6 weeks. You will meet other parents and their toddlers, building your knowledge and learning the moves together. These courses can be enjoyed until your child goes to school.

Private group classes
If you are a group of parents who would like a toddler and preschool yoga course Bendy Beans can come to a venue organised by you.

SEN Classes
Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a SEN class.

Nurseries/Childcare settings
